1. Information on the Controller

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by Gagan Dabole trading as DanzOS, Virtual Business Address, Berlin, Germany (hereinafter "DanzOS"), contact email: support@danzos.app.

2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When you register an event organizer workspace on DanzOS, we collect your name, business email address, organization details, IP address, and verifiable legal acceptance timestamps (accepted_tos_at, accepted_privacy_policy_at, accepted_dpa_at) in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR for contract performance and legal audit trails.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell personal data. Personal data is shared strictly with infrastructure service providers required to operate DanzOS (hosting on Vercel, database managed by Supabase, email delivery via Resend, background queuing via Upstash QStash, payment processing via Stripe).

4. Cookies and Local Storage Disclosures

DanzOS uses strictly necessary technical cookies (danzos_session, sb-access-token) and browser LocalStorage items (danzos_events, danzos_ticket_types_*, danzos_artists_*, danzos_slots_*, danzos_rooms_*) to preserve user authentication, offline shift rosters, and active event preferences. Because these technologies are strictly necessary to deliver requested application functionality (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), explicit consent banners are not required for operational technical items.

5. Data Retention Schedules & Automated Deletion

Organizer account profiles and workspace metadata are retained for the duration of the active software subscription. Event logs and communication histories are retained for 3 years to comply with commercial tax and auditing obligations, after which automated deletion or anonymization protocols purge the records.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory data protection authority in Germany or your EU member state.
